What is Capoeira?

Capoeira is a dynamic Afro-Brazilian martial art and dance created over 500 years ago. It combines kicks, acrobatics, and ground movements with music, song, and culture. Capoeira builds strength, flexibility, coordination, and rhythm, while fostering community and self-confidence.

Classes include movement, self-defense, music, and history. Get ready to play, feel energized, and be part of a supportive community!
