Your first class introduces you to the fundamentals of capoeira in a welcoming, supportive environment. Here's what you'll experience as you begin your journey.
For best results, attend 2–3 times per week.
Movement & Training.
Group warm-up, stretching, and foundational movements including ginga, kicks, acrobatics, and ground movements. All levels welcome—we adapt to your pace.
Music & Culture.
Practice capoeira music, songs, and traditional instruments. Learn the rhythms and Portuguese lyrics that bring capoeira to life.
What to Wear.
Loose, comfortable clothing that allows free movement. Bare feet or light flexible shoes. Bring water and come ready to move.
Meet Your Instructors
Learn from experienced capoeira instructors in Vancouver with years of practice. Trained directly under Mestre Boneco and in Brazil, bringing authentic capoeira traditions to our Vancouver community.
